Chang’s roll is a must: delectably crispy shrimp katsu paired with creamy crab salad and lifted with fresh cucumbers, spicy ahi and sprouts. Bubu arare and tobiko deliver a welcome crunch. Drizzles of sweet chili, dynamite and kabayaki sauces pack some heat tempered by sweetness and umami.

Whether you’re feeling luxe or just love duck, this $26.99 dish is a sure crowd pleaser. Another P.F. Chang's Hawaii exclusive, it features a tender, ultra tasty half duck served with soft bao buns and an unforgettable hoisin sauce. Ask for an extra container of sauce to take home with any leftover duck.
Healthy with a twist: Asian Caesar salad with salmon
