Hawai‘i’s first and biggest mixology festival brings weekly bartender battles, cocktail pairings and live music to International Market Place throughout the month of July. Each week, participating restaurants of the Grand Lanai and Michael Mina's The Street Food Hall will highlight a different liquor by pairing craft cocktails with dishes best suited to each drink. Every Thursday from 4:30 - 5:30 p.m., two mixologists will battle it out in front of the public at Queen's Court; the winner will be crowned in a final match on July 26.
