The Buffet at Hyatt has different dinner buffet menus throughout the week, with the Friday through Sunday menu featuring kiawe-smoked slow-roasted prime rib with cabernet-rosemary jus, steamed king crab legs, sushi and made-to-order handrolls. For desserts, they offer a wide selection of decadent house-made desserts and an interactive soft-serve ice cream station with eight different flavors and assorted toppings.

The buffet menus at 100 Sails vary depending on the time and day of the week, but their famous Saturday Hawaiian lunch is the perfect buffet for when you’re craving Hawaiian food, and lots of it. It features kalua pig, pork lau lau, chicken long rice and even an oxtail soup station with all the fixings like cilantro, grated ginger and shoyu. They also have a temaki station where you can get various handrolls made to order.
