They will take you on a journey of the senses, pairing Viaggio's exquisite dishes with flavors from the beautiful Alexander Valley and Santa Cruz mountains .


Polpi Amuse-Bouche

Braised grilled octopus salad, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and herbs, Tobiko Caviar, and Olokai sea asparagus

2016 Blanc de Blanc, Alexander Valley

Blanc de Blanc is crafted by Methode Champenoise, delivering a flurry of tiny bubbles across the palate, and finishing with the unmistakable fruitiness of a New World wine. Flavors of roasted almonds, fresh green apple and pear leave a rich and lasting impression as the sparkles refresh the palate.


Lobster Ravioli 

House made Ravioli stuffed with Maine lobster tossed in a caper butter sauce, topped with a tomato basil cream, served with roasted Waialua baby carrots

2014 Liage, Monterey County 

This Byington favorite is a lively blend offering lime and grassy flavors from 80% Sauvignon Blanc grown in Monterey County, and is softened by honeysuckle and orange blossom notes from 20% Viognier grown in Amador County. The stainless steel tank fermentation creates a crisp style wine with a big bright presence. 


Salmon Mediterranean 

Tapenade Crusted Salmon with Sauteed tomato, anchovies, capers, baby arugula, garlic extra virgin olive oil, served with the Viaggio Vegetable Medley

2014 Pinot Noir, Santa Cruz 

A testament to our Santa Cruz Mountains AVA, this Double Gold Winning wine offers bing cherries, red berries, pomegranate and hints of young plum, creating the fruity potpourri bouquet. The palate exhibits the same fine flavors, followed by a dry and lasting fruit finish. 


Italian Rib Eye Steak 

12- oz Rib Eye, marinated and grilled to perfection with a port wine madeira sauce, garlic, oregano, thyme and rosemary, seasoned and served with grilled polenta pesto butter and Viaggio Verdura Medley

2014 Sofia, Alexander Valley 

Sofia is a woman of elegance and class. She was born in Pine Mountain-Cloverdale Peak, and raised in the heights of her community. She wears a distinct perfume of warm red and black fruit, with just a hint of must, reminiscent of her heritage in Bordeaux. Her voice is soft but proud, and her words linger with you.


Filet de Manzo Alla Pizzaiola

Filet Mignon sauteed with mushrooms, peppers, cipollini onions, tomatoes, shallots, garlic, and dried chili with grilled polenta and pesto butter

2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve, Alexander Valley 

Grown on the westward facing slope of the Tin Cross Block, a prime location for exposure to the warm Alexander Valley sun, this soft and supple wine boasts a dominant fruit presence, hints of green forest brush, and sweet perfumey rose petal.


Chocolate Torta with fresh berries 

Decadent Almond Chocolate cake, Creamy white Chocolate fudge, covered in a silky smooth Chocolate ganache

2014 Euphoria, Santa Cruz

Indulgent. Seductive. Euphoric. This Late Harvest Port-style wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir, harvested at 32 brix, and fortified with brandy made from the same Pinot Noir grapes. Black licorice, chocolate covered raspberries, coconut, and root beer comprise the flavor profile of this decadent dessert.
