The Valentine's Day pre-fixe four-course menu by Regional Executive Chef Hiroyuki "Hiro" Mimura includes decadent yet romantic dishes that go well with an optional wine pairing ($20).
The Valentine’s Day course menu ($45 per person) is as follows,
Antipasto: Zuppetito Caprese
Burrata cheese and Kahuku papaya in Kamuela tomato zuppa
Pasta: Tonno e Bottarga
Hawaiian Ahi and Italian Herb Spaghettini with Bottarga
Entrée: Duck Scallopine
Sous vide Duck and Seasonal vegetables
Dessert: Doppio Chocolato
Double dark chocolate tart with dark chocolate ganache over a rum and red wine chocolate mousse
The romantic evening features live entertainment by soloist Pierre Grill and an amorous ambiance that includes white tablecloth table setting along with coral and green anthuriums by Lulu’s Lei + Bouquets. “We want to provide our guests with an evening like no other and I’m especially excited to give our guests a talking point and photo-opportunity with a beautiful hanging floral installation by Lulu’s Lei + Bouquets,” says General Manager Jennifer Ong-Cua. “This florist has been featured in the Bloomingdale’s Hawaii Collection and also featured an installation at the 2019 Honolulu Biennial. The ethereal yet distinct floral arrangements and soulful live music compliments Chef Naomi’s course menu in a way that will make this a Valentine’s Day to remember.”
Appetito’s Valentine’s Day pre-fixe dinner is only available on Friday, February 14, from 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM. Validated self-parking is available at OHANA Waikiki East by Outrigger for all guests.
