Spring Vegetarian Wine Pairing Dinner

 PAI Honolulu is pleased to announce the restaurant’s first wine pairing dinner of the year. On Thursday, March 26, PAI Honolulu will offer a special four-course dinner. Meat won’t be missed with the flavorful menu Chef Kevin Lee has designed, highlighting fresh, spring ingredients. The vegetarian meal starts with Asparagus and Maui Onion Vichyssoise, followed by a Soft Poached Egg with miso carrot purée, lentils, baby carrots, kalamata olive breadcrumbs and lavender espuma. Chef Lee’s pasta skills are featured in the main course, English Pea and Edamame Tortellini. The dinner concludes with Liliko‘i and Strawberry Marshmallow Tart. Seatings for the Spring Vegetarian Dinner are available at 6pm and 7:30pm. Tickets are $95/person (plus tax and gratuity, included in the online purchase) with pairings, or $65/person for guests who choose to omit the wine pairings. Reservations required in advance.  PAI Honolulu is owned by Chef Kevin Lee and his wife, Justine Kadokawa Lee, who also serves as the restaurant’s general manager. Opened in June 2017, PAI Honolulu is committed to serving excellent, refined, innovative food using housemade components and local ingredients whenever possible. Located in the Harbor Court atrium, 55 Merchant St., Ste. 110, in downtown Honolulu, the restaurant is ideally situated for business lunches, after-work gatherings and special-occasion dining. Ample parking is available in the building’s municipal garage. Open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday, 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.; Happy Hour, 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Lunch is served Wednesday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. PAI also offers catering services and venue space for lunch meetings and special events.
