Sheldon Simeon to Host Dinner at The Leis Family Class Act Restaurant

Chef Sheldon Simeon will prepare and host a special family-style dinner at The Leis Family Class Act Restaurant in the Pā‘ina Building on the University of Hawai‘i Maui College campus on Thursday, Sept. 19th. Chef Nolan Gonzales will be Sheldon’s Sous Chef and Lineage Mixologist Natalie Hansen will mix the cocktails. Like Sheldon, they are both UHMC Culinary Arts Program graduates. Our students will work alongside Sheldon, benefitting directly from his mentorship. Specialty cocktail reception at 5:30; dinner at 6:00 p.m. Limited to 60 guests.
