Join us at BLT Steak Waikiki for an interactive cooking class led by Chef de Cuisine Alexandre Petard. During this intimate cooking workshop, Chef Alex will give guests the tools they need to recreate some of his favorite dishes at home and provide tips and tricks along the way.

Class will begin with welcome drinks and passed hors d'oeuvres at our bar followed by cooking demonstrations and hands-on participation from guests. Each course will also be paired with wine selections from our cellar.
