Every month, join us for "Raising the Bar," a brand new experience at Bar at Azure featuring new, provocative beverages from around the world with colorful commentary by industry experts and The Royal Hawaiian's resident Sommelier Micah Suderman and Ariana Tsuchiya. Creative small plates’s by Chef Shingo Katsura and live music round out a fantastic evening.
For the very first Raising the Bar at Azure event, we will be featuring local distellery Kō Hana Rum. Your evening will include:
• Cocktails - welcome cocktail, tiki style and booze forward
• A sampling of 3 single varietal sugar cane rums that will awake your senses
• "Heavy" appetizers by Chef Shingo
Cost is $50 per person, or $45 per person for groups of 4 or more.
