PAI Honolulu will host a holiday market on Thursday, December 6, and Friday, December 7, from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The pop-up market will offer shoppers a curatedselection of food gifts and handcrafted items from local vendors. Ceramics from Kuhn’s Pottery—maker of the dishes used at PAI—jewelry from Midori Jewelry and food gifts from Menehune Mac and Shangri-La Tea will be available. PAI will introduce special items for purchase, including Chef Kevin’s “Fire Water” hot sauce interpretation of chili pepper water, Furikake Caramel Popcorn and Spicy Tomato Jam. Additional vendors are still being added to the line-up. Shoppers who complete a market stamp card will receive complimentary happy hour offers from PAI and be entered in a vendor gift giveaway.
To maximize lunch-hour shopping time, market-goers can purchase grab-and-go sandwiches from PAI ($8 each), with housemade chips and salad add-on options. For those who prefer a more leisurely shopping experience, the dining room will be open for lunch service from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.. Beverage service will be offered between lunch and happy hour, which will start early at 4:30 p.m. and offers exclusive pau hana-only items, such as Chef Kevin’s housemade Furikake Tater Tots.
Parking is available in the Harbor Court municipal lot.
