Enjoy a five course meal with sake pairing. Each dinner is $125 per person.
The first course includes vine ripened tomato bisque, parmigian-raggiano tapioca bread and mio sparkling sake.
The second course includes Two Lady Farmers miso pork dengaku, thai eggplant, poached quail egg and katsuyama den.
The third course includes kampachi, ulu fritter, mango-chili sauce, lomi lomi beet greens and katsuyama akatsuki.
The fourth course incluses sansho spiced ribe-eye tataki, smoked ponzu tare, lemon shiso soba and katsuyama ken.
The fifth course includes mize shingen mochi (rain drop cake) roasted pineapple, coconut caramel sauce and katsuyama lei.
