100 Sails Restaurant & Bar presents the third “Off The Eaten Path,” a quarterly chef’s table concept featuring Prince Waikiki’s Executive Chef, Joseph Almoguera. On Thursday, November 14 at 6:00 p.m. locals and guests are welcome to experience an exciting night of interactive chef stations inspired by the manngue (enjoyed, relished) flavors of Chamorro cuisine. Born and raised on the island of Guam, Chef Almoguera learned to fatinas (to fashion, make) Chamorro dishes helping his family and friends prepare for their village’s annual fiestas. This quarter’s dinner will feature a Kelaguen Ice Bar sculpted by Chef Almoguera himself, as well as an array of dishes reminiscent of the familiar flavors of his home. For one night only, dine with us in our Naio Room and partake in a special dinner you won’t want to miss.
