100 Sails Restaurant & Bar presents “Off The Eaten Path,” a quarterly chef’s table concept. On Wednesday, May 22 at 6:00 p.m. locals and guests are welcome to experience Hawai‘i’s cultural evolution – from traditional to modern – with a transformative story told through creative cuisine. Featuring Prince Waikiki’s Sous Chef, Jared Suekawa, this eight-course dinner will take guests through Hawai‘i’s culinary history, from pre missionary contact, post missionary contact, the plantation era, to today.
