The already fabulous seafood buffet at Kai Market at the Sheraton Waikiki is getting a one-night enhancement in celebration of Chinese New Year. To mark the start of the Year of the Rat, Kai Market is adding a number of traditional Chinese dishes on Saturday, January 25. These additional offerings include:
Chinese roast duck with bao buns, hoisin sauce, green onions and cilantro
Chinese congee soup with cilantro, scallions, gluten, Chinese pickled vegetables and roasted peanuts
Chinatown roast pork with bao buns, hoisin sauce, green onions and cilantro
Manila clams with Chinese-style black bean sauce
Steamed fresh market fish signed with hot oil, scallions, soy-ginger sauce
The cost is still the same as Kai Market’s regular seafood buffet: $62 for adults and $31 for children 6 to 12 years of age. Kama‘āina can receive a 25 percent discount as well. To make reservations, call Dining Reservations at (808) 921-4600.
