Hideout at The Laylow’s Executive Chef Justus Keliehor is featuring a three-course meal that is sure to please.
First course: Oyster shooters with tangy ponzu and yuzu pearls
Second course: Avocado and fig salad with arugula and champagne vinaigrette
Main entrée: Choice of seared Kona Kampachi served with farro, lilikoi butter and Hamakua mushrooms or grilled ribeye steak served with Okinawan sweet potatoes, oroshi fried garlic and veal jus
Set menu price is $65 per person
Hideout's acclaimed mixologists created magic with its Valentine's Day cocktail
The Bouquet, made with Four Roses Yellow Label bourbon, house-made rose syrup, Lillet Blanc, Yellow Chartreuse and orange bitters. Hideout will also be serving local champagne brand, Devant, to enjoy throughout the night.
Plus, Hideout is hosting its “Shua Ting Valentine's Day After Party” featuring resident DJs Tittahbye and Gnaraly with special guests from 10 pm to midnight.
