Celebrating Noodle Dishes from Around the World, this
free festival at Victoria Ward Park highlights Hawaii’s love of noodles!

In 2019, more than 16,000 attendees tasted and experienced Hawaii’s culinary diversity at the 2nd Annual Noodle Fest Hawaii.

This year a lineup of culinary talent, featuring 20 different restaurant booths, will showcase noodle dishes from Japan, Vietnam, Mexico, Thailand, Italy and other countries around the world. Other features include a celebrity chef cooking demonstration, a spicy noodle eating challenge, an udon speed-eating contest, and live music from local artists.

Pair your noodle dishes with your favorite drink, including beer and wine for purchase.

Central to the Noodle Fest’s celebration is saimin, a unique noodle dish with roots in Hawaii’s plantation history. Saimin brings together flavors and ingredients from many different immigrant cultures — Japanese ramen, Chinese mein and Filipino pancit — which will be highlighted at Noodle Fest Hawaii.

There are over 2,000 parking stalls in the area for this event.

There will also be retail tents featuring various Ward Village merchants and exclusive Noodle Fest Hawaii T-Shirts sold at the VH07V Booth.

The Noodle Fest Hawaii’s benefactor is the Hawaii Foodbank. Volunteers from the Hawaii Foodbank will be staffing a tent, taking in both monetary and non-perishable food donations. We encourage attendees to bring noodle dishes for their donation.

Noodle Fest Hawaii is organized by the Howard Hughes Corporation, VH07V | Revolution and AT Marketing. For more details, please visit www.noodlefesthawaii.com or visit us on Facebook and Instagram at @noodlefesthi.
