We’re a few months into the new year, and those wellness resolutions that our burnt-out brains concocted at the end of December are starting to fizzle. Thankfully, these five wellness classes, from Polynesian dance to stress relief, can help ease us into healthy habits for the rest of 2024.

Tiare Fit

Every Tuesday, 6 to 7 p.m.

Tiare Fit uses Polynesian dance and modern techniques to craft a heart-pumping workout. Studying hula and Tahitian dance since the age of 6, Tiare Fit founder Kanani Dias wanted to share her love of fitness through her own studio. With the help of her sister, Ashley Colozzi, the two combined their extensive dance and fitness training to develop a unique curriculum that entails learning traditional ‘ōte‘a, or Tahitian dance, fundamentals, thigh conditioning exercises and jazz stretches. Email tiarefit808scholar@gmail.com to RSVP.

$15 per drop-in class or $60 deposit for four classes, 350 Ward Ave., Suite 200, tiarefit.com, @tiare_fit
