Nonstop Tech Podcast: NASty talk & Siri

Share Button

This is the ninth episode of our “Nonstop Tech Podcast, produced by the Nonstop Tech team. Please ignore the mislabeled title screen. It’s Episode 9

In this episode we discuss Network-Attached Storage, cross platform compatible USB drives and of course Siri. Our viewer question was from Chriss, who wanted to know how to fix the duplicates in iCloud between your computers and devices. After a lot of heated couch debates @Docrock and @JeromeKoehler give you some great picks for the week.

We’re now shooting our Nonstop Tech Podcasts at The Green House Innovation Lounge, a co-working space John Garcia and I have started in Kakaako.

Thank you Capsun! I still have to read that book myself as I have purchased it but I have been studying Kanji instead. BTW, did you have any topics you wanted us to cover in the next podcasts?

@JeromeKoehler Actually, I like the "surprise" of not having a clue what you guys will cover. It's part of what keeps me coming back for more. I do have a small request. Is there any way you guys could take just the audio and do that as a podcast? That's part of the reason it takes me so long to watch them. But that's just me and I highly doubt I'm representative of your audience as a whole.

@CAPSUN@JeromeKoehler I will get the audio only versions pushed out in the next few days. I will also do the back catalog as well. Thanks for the suggestion.

@docrock@JeromeKoehler Awesome! Thank you guys for being so responsive. Of course, if it's only me listening, no problem just telling me NO.

@CAPSUN Thanks for the feedback. I will talk with Doc to see if we can just put out an audio version for people who listen to it at work :)

I finally got around to watching this. As usual @doc rock and @jeromekoehler do a great job of entertaining and educating. I know @doc rock is doing an iOS 5 workshop, but I think others could benefit from one that was entirely on Siri. Unlike geeks and nerds like us, they may be more comfortable learning from a trusted friend than from a book (which I'll buy soon). Thanks for the recommendation.
