Waikiki beachgoers — locals as well as tourists — are familiar with the Australian-inspired take out place in the Park Shore Waikiki Hotel, Tucker & Bevvy. It’s known for its fresh, light fare, perfect for hot, sunny days.
What you may not know is it’s owned by a local girl — Cecily Ho Sergent — and her Aussie husband, Tony. They lived in Sydney for 17 years and ran Honolulu-themed restaurants there; now that they’re back in Hawaii, they’ve brought a taste of Australia, here.

We also got to taste some of the anticipated popular items while talking more about the food, the concept, and the art. Yes, we actually bite into that massive burger! Visit HawaiiIRL.com to see more.
