I was invited to a blogger dinner last night to sample Bernini’s new spring menu, and although I already splashed it all over my social media, I thought I would post what we ate in case you decide to go and need a quick reference.
Bernini, as you know, is Japanese-owned, but the chef trained intensely in Italy for years. The food isn’t a Japanese interpretation of Italian cuisine; it’s the real deal. So when you eat here, you’ll find a wide range of clientele — people seeking that authentic Italian flavor.
