The one weekend all year when the entire population of Oahu descends on Makiki for malasadas, mango chutney and good ole family fun: It’s Punahou Carnival time! People of all ages are invited to “Rewind the Time: the Punahou Journey” for food, kiddie games, E.K. Fernandez rides, White Elephant treasures and live entertainment. All of it supports the financial aid program at Barack Obama’s alma mater.
