With the Hawaii Food and Wine Festival only a month away, we asked some of the local participating chefs to reveal the dishes they’ll be preparing for the islands’ biggest annual food event. Here’s an early look at a few of the bites that will be served at the festival, running from Aug. 29 to Sept. 7 at venues on three islands.
