From one extreme to the other, I went from the minimalist emphasis on clean flavors of Bisato to the complex and multilayered approach of chef Holly Smith at Cafe Juanita. The multiple component plates with bold and contrasting flavors showcased the Northern Italian cuisine that has won Cafe Juanita multiple awards.
the balance of flavors, the textures u describe, honey and cheese and capers and fruit: without tasting it i think this cd be my last meal and i'd die happy.
